Introvert, that’s what pretty much defines this young lady. Meet Suji, no she’s definitely not shy, nor is she anti-social, but she’s very much reserved. How did she land herself here? Well she was inspired by Kuhan’s idea, her partner, to start-up an online saree store, no thoughts was given, she jumped on the idea and thought Mahaniya, which she initially want to name her future daughter, would be the perfect name for the brand. She barely even knew that Mahaniya would come this far when it started, this unintended deal for engagement, would be a major key benchmark. Despite the challenges faced behind the scene, from handling the social media pages, and being the model for each and every saree, she still vastly improved the productivity of herself by implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for her. She believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success, a tenet she lives out through her interests in makeup, gardening, and cooking.
