We want you to be able to cherish your Mahaniya pieces for years to come. Below are some tips to keep your sarees shining.




 	Before washing a cotton saree soak the saree in warm water for 20 mins with rock salt. This will prevent the saree from colour bleeding in the subsequent washes.
 	As a thumb rule, always starch cotton sarees (after wash) to ensure that they retain their crispness and stay stain-free
 	Store the saree in an airy cupboard that is devoid of humidity and direct sunlight.
 	If you want to soften the saree without removing the starch completely, then steam iron the saree. Remember to use the correct setting in your iron based on the saree fabric.
 	Dry clean is preferable for long term use.
