The terms that apply when you browse our website and shop with us.

1. About us

Mahaniya sells clothing, textiles and accessories through www.mahaniya.co. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating Mahaniya, and “you” means the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Product information

Please read the product description, measurements, gallery and listed inclusions before ordering. Blouse pieces, dust bags and styling accessories are included only where expressly stated.

Screen settings and lighting can affect colour presentation. Small variations may occur in handwoven textiles. Product descriptions still apply; these variations do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or materially misdescribed.

3. Prices and promotions

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless clearly stated otherwise. Review the final order total, including shipping and any applicable charges shown at checkout, before paying.

Promotion eligibility, dates and exclusions will be stated with the relevant offer. Product prices or offers may change for future orders; changes do not automatically alter an order already confirmed.

If we discover a material pricing or stock error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute an item without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the affected item, we will arrange a refund for it and any related delivery charge that should be refunded.

4. Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and order information, and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payment options and any provider eligibility requirements are presented during checkout or on the payment provider's page.

After ordering, retain your confirmation and order number. A payment confirmation does not mean that the parcel has been dispatched. Contact us if you have been charged but cannot locate your order confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, a payment issue or another identified problem, we will contact you. Any payment collected for goods we cannot supply will be refunded rather than retained as compulsory store credit.

5. Shipping and collection

Delivery charges, free-shipping eligibility, estimated timeframes and collection arrangements are explained in our Shipping & collection policy. Check the delivery information shown for your product and order before paying.

Collection is by confirmed appointment. Do not travel to collect an order until the arrangements have been confirmed with us. For international delivery, destination taxes or clearance charges may apply as described in the shipping policy.

6. Changes, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check its preparation and dispatch status before confirming what is possible.

Our Returns & refunds policy explains how to report a problem and request a return. Any discretionary exchange is separate from the remedies available for a faulty or incorrect item.

7. Accounts and order information

You may shop as a guest or create an account. Keep your email account and login codes secure, and contact us if you believe your Mahaniya account has been accessed without permission.

Tracking appears when the information has been added to the order. An order marked “completed” is not, by itself, proof that a courier has delivered it. If an order placed as a guest is missing from a later-created account, contact us for assistance.

8. Using the website

Please do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or fraudulent order information.

Website designs, photographs and written content belong to Mahaniya or their respective rights holders. You may browse and save information for your own shopping use. Commercial reuse requires the relevant permission.

9. Consumer rights and applicable law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from using a competent consumer tribunal or court.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version applicable to your order is the version in place when you placed it, unless a change is required by law.
